Defense Fairy

Skill - Reduction

Grants an echelon 10%(30%) damage reduction buff for one turn, any amount of battles.

Provides heavy defensive buffs while sacrificing offensive ones.
Her skill is rather awkward, because an Armor or Taunt fairy could be used as an alternative should you desire damage reduction. That said, she can still be used to great effect with some planning, as her active lasts for entire turn. Low priority.

Parachute Fairy/"Airborne"

Skill - Airdrop

Lands its current echelon to any helipad within a radius of 3(any) nodes, but decreases the damage, accuracy, evasion, armor and crit rate of the echelon by 90%(40%) for two turns.

Otherwise known as “Paradrop”, provides the best constellation of passive buffs of all fairies and arguably possesses the most broken skill.
She completely changes how you look at the maps due to the tactical advantage her skill gives. She’s available only from a high-cost recipe and raising her may prove challenging, so it would be better to focus on other fairies first. It would be advised not to bother too much about investing into her at the start once crafting one.

Reinforcement Fairy

Skill - Doll Backup

Grants the T-Doll in the echelon with lowest % of HP an extra dummy. Raises evasion of the entire echelon by 3%(10%) for all battles to come in this turn. Buff depletes after 20 seconds.

Provides the lowest damage buffs but in turn the highest evasion buff of all fairies.
Her skill can be useful when its echelon has to continuously fight low damage enemies. Low priority.

Construction Fairy

Skill - Fortress

Constructs an immobile fortress at the current position of the echelon. For 3 turns, when allied units fight on the fortress, increase their damage, accuracy, evasion, armor and crit chance for 10%(30%).

Doesn’t provide buffs as strong as those of the Taunt fairy, but still serves a good all-rounder.
Her skill, again, forces you to play passively, but when utilized correctly, she can be one of the most powerful ones, especially if after constructing the fortress, you swap out echelon for another with a better fairy buffer. Medium priority.

Illumine Fairy "Torch"

Skill - Illumination

Improves visibility by 0(2) nodes during night battles, also increases accuracy of the echelon by 10%(30%) for all battles in 2 turns. Buff depletes after 20 seconds.

Provides quite adequate passive buffs, especially with the 38% boost to Crit Damage and the highest Accuracy buff any fairy could offer.
Due to her skill mostly being used in night battles, she will be invaluable for such scenarios later. Prioritize her skill level over her rarity.

Rocket Fairy

Skill - Reaper

Deploys a rocket launcher that remains for 2 turns with 3 shots, dealing damage equaling to 10%(20%) of the target’s current health if a hostile unit moves within its radius of 2 nodes. Does not deal damage to bosses.
[CAUTION: Friendly Fire Hazard!]

Provides Crit damage aura with a significant amount of armor to follow up.
Her skill is similar to the Landmine fairy’s – it can be used with great effect with some planning regarding heavy packs. Just be aware that friendly fire can be imminent.

Landmine Fairy

Skill - Minefields

Places a landmine on an adjacent node selected by player that lasts 2 turns, deals 20%(50%) damage of enemies’ current HP if enemy comes in contact with it. Does not deal damage against bosses.

Her skill, while not being really practical at times can be insanely useful when facing heavy-duty enemies that you can flock into it. Can be utilized in ranking due to the fact that her damage does not reduce CE of the enemy.

Combo Fairy

Skill - Ultimate Combo

PASSIVE: Before every battle in the current turn, this echelon gains 1 stack of Combo. This stacks up to 3 stacks.
ACTIVE: At the start of battle for every stack of Combo, increase damage by 5%(15%) and accuracy by 10%(30%) for 20 seconds.

Not the pick if you need a consistent performer for stats (there are much better stat sticks for this), but is invaluable for echelons who are able to take advantage of taking multiple battles beforehand to max out the Combo stack before engaging in a harder fight.

Command Fairy

Skill - Super EXP

In the next battle, increase EXP gained by the echelon by 5%(25%).

This one is the most general use of them all, you will get one for free after you do your first fairy craft and it will also come with the Damage I talent. Raise her, as she will prove extremely useful.

Rescue Fairy

Skill - Quick Rescue

In the next battle , increase the chance of current echelon obtaining a rare T-Doll minorly (massively).

Her skill is difficult to evaluate, as it allegedly increases chances of obtaining rare dolls as drops. Some call this a placebo fairy, others swear by it. In any case the only thing to be said about her skill is; #blessRNG.

Warrior Fairy

Skill - Prowess

In the next battle, increase the whole echelon’s Damage by 5%(20%) and RoF by 5%(10%), last for 20 seconds [unstackable].

Her skill is really versatile and very good for improving combat capability of a single squad. One of the best newbie fairy due to the fact that she’s mostly skill level reliant and can provide significant buffs at low rarity.

Airstrike Fairy

Skill - Fatal Airstrike

At the start of next battle, calls in an airstrike, dealing 80(500) damage to all enemies. (No initial cooldown)

A bit better aura than Warrior Fairy, so very solid overall. Her skill deals fixed damage to all enemies in sight on the start of the battle. She can frontload de-link or kill some enemies which is very valuable. Can be used in RFHG to great effect due to the fact that it counters Dinergate/Tarantulas. One of the most versatile fairies.

Taunt Fairy

Skill - Taunt Target

At the start of the next battle, deploy a dummy target with 400(1600)HP that draws enemy fire.

Fury Fairy

Fits in any crit-oriented team pretty well. With her skill, Px4 Storms’s skill penalty can be counteracted. A very staple fairy overall.

Armor Fairy

Useful in MGSG comps for armor stacking. Lower priority but, it’s worth having at least one.

Artillery Fairy "Mortar"

Skill - Bombard

In the next battle, launches a mortar shell dealing 200(1200) damage to enemies in a 2.5 radius in the next battle. Has an initial cooldown of 5 seconds.

Really good damage aura due to 55% Damage increase, the highest of all fairies. Her skill however is relatively slow, you’d rather use Airstrike for the same purpose. Overall a really good fairy, often used to brute force armor or to support nuke compositions.

Shield Fairy

Skill - Energy Shield

In the next battle, deploys a shield for every SMG in the echelon, each absorbing 40(150) damage.

Her skill is suited for buffing your SMG’s survivability, which has its uses but is pretty limited. Low priority.

Sniper Fairy

Skill - Sniper Shot

Aims at the enemy unit with the highest max HP in the next battle, causing 2500(20000) damage. Has an initial cooldown of 10 seconds.

Okay aura, can be very useful for some of the future content. Her skill is wannabe bamboo, but fixed damage. Can be actually used to bop some low HP bosses. Low priority, but I’d recommend to raise one just in case.

Golden Fairy

Skill - The Golden Law

Inspiration from fate fills you with determination.(Basically makes your Dolls glow, no stat gain, only cosmetic). Note that her unique talent makes your doll's bullets golden as well, again, only cosmetic.

Pretty bad base stats but they scale very well with levels and rarity. As she is event fairy she takes less Development Progress than normal fairies. Her skill basically does nothing except some visual effects, may or may not be Kill la kill reference much. Worth it for her good passive buffs.
Note that she is Deep Dive Ranking reward for players that reached top 50% and higher.

Twin Fairy

Skill - Dual Guardian

Summon 2 fairy clones with 300(750) HP. Shield fairy clone has 20 armor and deals 42(150) damage every 2 seconds to enemies within a radius of 2 units of the nearest enemy. Missile fairy clone has 30 evasion and deals 126(450) damage every 2 seconds to the furthest enemy.

Taunt sidegrade with own quirks and just like Taunt she’s one of the best fairies to raise. Important to note that if one clone dies they both go down, and your eche won’t be slowed down to snail speed with Twin enabled, that’s why this fairy is a sidegrade. Raise her.

Barrier Fairy

Skill - Armor Fortification

Grant a HP shield to all allies with armor. Each HP shield can absorb damage up to 60%(150%) of the unit’s armor.

Too high skill cost for what it does and aura that lacks anny offensive buff. Sounds similar? Same stuff as Sniper fairy and mostly the same use – as a fodder for event fairies. That said there might be potential use for this fairy down the line but it’s still probably not worth to raise her.

Cooking Fairy

Skill - Chow Time!

Randomly applies one of the following effects for 30 seconds in the next battle: Increase Damage(20%), Increase RoF(20%), Increase Accuracy(30%), Increase Evasion(25%), Reduce Damage(0%).

Was a reward for Ranking inthe story event Singularity.

Fireworks Fairy

Skill - Summer-End Fireworks

Increase the echelon’s accuracy by 80% for 10 seconds in the next battle.

Big acc buff, one ofthe better ones due to base Damage aura. May see some use in Isomer ranking as well as Theater for CE padding. Since she is a Ranking reward it’s pretty cheap to raise her provided you got 3 of her during Singularity. Her special talent for Top 10% turns grenades your doll fire into fireworks.

Anna

Skill - Nano Spirit

In the next battle, increase the evasion of allies in the frontmost row by 30% but decrease damage by 20%. Increase the damage of the remaining allies by 20% but decrease evasion by 30%. Lasts for 20 seconds.

You can treat her like an Artillery fairy if you use her skill or as a Warrior sidegrade otherwise. Pretty solid aura overall and good both offensive and defensive skill.

Talents

Fairies always come with Talents that give additional boosts if activated. All talents have a chance of activation upon entering combat and their effects persist till the end of the battle unless specified time of the buff.

Activation chance depends on Fairy rarity and the talent in question. Note that better version of the same talents have lower activation chances up until 5, so while you don’t want to reroll talents like Fervor/Damage II if you get them(as they contribute the most damage and are the most versatile), it will still be more beneficial to use Damage I on lower rarities if you happen to get it.

Player can re-roll talent via Calibration, it costs 60 Calibration Tickets and 600/600/600/200 resources per roll. Unique talents, like the ones Ranking reward fairies have, cannot be obtained that way.
